A straightforward divorce is one where your spouse cooperates with the divorce and completes the court form sent to them by the court, where we do not have to chase them to complete court forms.
What's Included in the fixed fee for a straightforward divorce:

- Preparation and Filing of Documents: We will handle all necessary paperwork, including the divorce petition and related documents, on your behalf.

Disbursements
